One Frame - V

This term I've been studying photography and before any of this I'd never really learnt anything about the history or the technical side of it. Just after a few weeks I've grown even fonder about photography. I liked the idea of doing this 'one frame' series of photos from time to time. I can't exactly say what will be included, but for starters the first in this series is a portrait of my friend M.

Portraiture is not just limited to the face, I like to think of it as including the entire body as well. I chose this photograph because though it was taken between laughing shots (believe it or not), it really did feel like luck that I got her calm expression.

Also thanks to Aira and Mayden (I've linked their instagrams) for helping me :)

"It really did feel like luck that I got her calm expression." Wow, V. Cheesecake was right. You have a very beautiful way of writing. "Not the handwriting, I mean that's fine too." ;)
